Built the First Mobile App for Fabricspa. One of India’s Largest Dry-Cleaning & Laundry Services

Led product conception, UX strategy, and cross-functional execution to launch Fabricspa’s native mobile platform across iOS and Android.

Fabricspa is a premium laundry and dry-cleaning brand by Jyothi Labs (est. 1983), one of India’s major FMCG companies behind brands like Ujala, Exo, Margo, and Fa.

I led the mobile app initiative in 2015 while working at the agency hired to build the platform. The app launched in 2017.

As Account Manager & Design Lead, I:

  • Defined core features based on user research, operational workflows, and market positioning

  • Aligned business, engineering, and marketing stakeholders

  • Shaped the lead-generation strategy (push notifications, demo onboarding, targeted copy)

  • Directed end-to-end design and development execution

Overview of Cloud Union Loyalty App for B2B and B2C

My Role: Design Consultant and Executioner

Platform: Native iOS & Android
Team: Marketing, Business and Technology Consultants

Backstory: This fintech project was one of my early U.S.-based clients. In 2016–2017, during a period when U.S. businesses were heavily investing in loyalty and rewards platforms as growth drivers, I worked as an independent contractor, securing work through in-person relationships with Toronto-based business consultants rather than online freelancing. Through this network, I joined a team supporting a fast-paced, Silicon Valley-style startup. The project was crowd-sourced across consultants and became one of my largest early engagements. I built the brand from scratch, designing the loyalty app, customer dashboard, website, and full offline identity system.
